It's been 2 years i worked here and nothing change. Company's performance still declining, products and works quality still the same and work attitude still a worst thing as far as i can remember. In the last 5 months, i participate in a group discussion on internet about governing a company and quality management system. Out there, lots of management techniques that i believe could provide a best way how to enhance the management performance.
Last January i organize a Management Review Meeting and i was delivering the presentation. I open all of the defects, all of the bad, all of the worst quality and the opportunity for improvements. Overall...it was very disappointing.
I was hoping that all of the Directors could attend and see what they are missing in managing their own company but instead only the President Director coming. I appreciate for what his doing and for what his spirit to keep this company's running. After i deliver the presentation, sadly, he only focusing on Internal Audit Non Conformance findings and not the Production Performance which was i explain it too.
It was horrible, i was hoping that he could make a decision for us instead he wrote : "TO BE NOTICED" only....
