Commitment..

Although the company has established rules regarding attendance, most of the employees are still in violation of these rules. The company management has tried to implement various forms of rules ranging from the imposition of fines, giving a letter of reprimand to a stern warning letter.

Commitment in the work reflected in one's habits. If someone basically have good habits and commitments that will be visible on attitude and behavior daily. Impose sanctions on those employees who do not have a good habit would vain. Companies looking for a better new employees who have the commitment and attitude better than having to retain employees with poor commitment on behalf of tolerance.

Work not based on tolerance, but a commitment. If you do not like what you get then you should take a stand. Being accepted but still maintained a commitment or resign to find a place that is able to provide wages that you want. You work for money, right?.

Affirm yourself in work, affirm to yourself that you need this job and you have to fight to keep working. Show your appreciation towards the work and the difficulties you face, not the other way instead show irregular behavior and harm others.
